How to Measure Your Baby
Step 1: Height
Lay your baby on a flat surface. Measure from the top of the head to the soles of the feet in centimeters using a soft measuring tape.
Step 2: Chest
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of the baby's chest, just below the armpits. Keep it snug but not tight. Record in centimeters.
Step 3: Weight
Use a digital baby scale or weigh your baby at a pediatrician's clinic. Subtract your weight from the combined weight if needed. Record in kilograms.
